Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Pre‑Contracts Manager to lead our Estimating and Business Development functions and play a strategic role in the growth of the organisation. Based in Toowoomba (or Brisbane by arrangement), you will provide executive‑level leadership across estimating, tendering, sales, and client engagement.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in civil construction in regional Queensland
• Strong capability in first‑principles estimating
• Experience in bid management
• Proven leadership across multidisciplinary teams
• Enthusiasm, initiative, and a value driven mindset
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with estimating/planning systems (Expert Estimation advantageous)
